Our Beef

  • We raised purebred angus cattle that have been selected for their performance, attitude and breed characteristics.

  • Our cattles finishing ration is a custom blend of Hay along with a pellet formulated from Soybean Hulls, Corn Gluten, Rolled Corn, Soybean Meal along with all the necessary vitamins and minerals.

  • Yes, all animals in our beef program are born and raised on the farm. Currently, the only animals we bring in from outside are our bulls, in order to continually improve our herd genetics. As we grow and demand increases beyond our current production, we may partner with neighbouring farms to meet demand.

  • We process our meat at a OMAFRA inspected facility to ensure the highest quality product reaches your door.

  • We work hard to raise a quality product from start to finish. That begins with great genetics in our animals for things like rib-eye size and marbling, as well as breeding and birth weight/size. We make sure to feed our animals a high quality feed for their entire life. We finish our beef with alfalfa and a custom blended grain ration for an extended finish time of 180 days on finish feed. Extra care, attention and inputs mean better products for our family and our customers.
